ISRAELI SALAD:  The salad is just 3 tomatoes, I vidalia onion, 2 peppers, 1 cucumber.  All finely chopped.  Squeeze the juice from one lemon, add a little  olive oil, then some salt and pepper.  My little one loves this recipe!!!  It's nice to serve with humus and pita bread.
