This reminded me of my goals that I set for myself when I first started lifting. It's SO important to make your goals positive!!! Never say things like "I will not be fat" or "I won't hate myself when I look in the mirror" - instead, say things like "I will love my body" or "I will work hard to get closer to achieving my goals." Positive motivators will always ALWAYS bring better results and a better mindset!!!
