Cream Ganache
A bit of chocolate heaven for my granddaughter who does not like fruit cake. Chocolate Fudge cake covered and filled with cream ganache and topped with Maltesers and hand made chocolate truffles. Leaves and berries are made with tempered chocolate and coloured with edible powders mixed with cocoa butter.
