Shaker Wood Box, Hancock, Massachusetts, c. 1820, the hinged lid opens to a divided interior, the dovetail construction box with wrought iron harp-shapped hangers mounted to the left side, and wooden knobs on each side, sold with a pair of wrought iron tongs and a small peel, 25 H. x 26 W. x 17.5 D.

Vibrant Lehigh County, PA. painted dower chest, inscribed Salame Gaumerrin 1809, having two hearts on the lid which repeat on the front panel, centering a six-pointed star over 2 stippled drawers, the end panels with 3 color philphlots.
