Baked Tilapia. 3/4 c soft bread crumbs, 1/3 c grated Parmesan cheese, 1 t garlic salt, 1 t dried oregano 4 tilapia fillets (5 ounces each). Directions In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, cheese, garlic salt and oregano. Coat fillets in crumb mixture. Place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 425° for 8-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Cheesy, Onion Crusted Baked Salmon. I subbed nonfat Greek yogurt for the mayo. I put the fish on aluminum foil, places the sliced onions on it, placed the spread, then fresh tomato slices and topped that with some cheese. I places it on the grilled and grilled it for 15 min. Was delicious! Will make again.
