Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe - [FB] made this tonight. Used 8 cups chicken stock and 4 cups water, rotisserie chicken, estimated extra spices, added celery, used one whole bag of wide egg noodles. Froze one large bag. Makes lots!
Loaded Baked Potato Soup, I made this with whole milk, and I used a 5lb bag of potatoes. I boiled 3/4 of the bag and the other 1/4 I cut and roasted in the oven with olive oil and salt. I added the roasted potatoes in at the end along with an entire package of cooked bacon broken into large pieces. It was a HIT!
Weight Watchers Cheesy Chili-Mac I made this and loved it. The only hard part was eating just one portion. Think next time I will freeze into several small batches so there is never a huge bowl of it in my fridge.
