Parmesan roasted cauliflower, Biggest Loser recipe.1 1/2 cups cauliflower 2 tsp Parm 1 tsp parsley 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp pepper Salt 1 tsp evoo 425F. cauliflower, cheese, parsley, garlic powder and pepper. Season to taste with salt. Drizzle on the oil and toss again. Bake 15 to 17 mins, tossing once. 3 half-cup servings.
