• 1 1/2 kg Lamb breast

• 1 Chilli, red
• 1 handful Coriander

• 1 4cm piece Ginger, fresh
• 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli, powder
• 1/2 Lemon
• 1 Handful Mint, fresh
• 6 Tomatoes

• 8 Cardamom pod
• 5 Clove
• 1 tsp Coriander seeds
• 1 tsp Peppercorns, black
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 Salt
Oils & Vinegars
• 1 Rapeseed oil

• 2 tsp Cumin

• 5cm piece of cassia bark
