O is for Owl. We added round "feathers to the front" and at the bottom glued on a strip that said "My owl has ___ feathers" so that the children could have counting practice.

Mosquito craft. Take a syringe or eye dropper and wrap it with various colored pipe cleaners or  brown to make it look more natural. Add 3 hair pins to the body and hot glue them in place after bending them to form legs. For the wings cut 2 wing- shaped fabric softener pieces and glue them into place. Add goggly eyes and your mosquito is ready to suck faux blood. ;-)
