Healthy Breakfast Recipes | 10 healthy breakfast recipes | I made the Oatmeal Baked Casserole. Delicious! I did swap a few ingredients to suit my taste buds. Also, my cook time was 55 minutes, not 35-40 minutes. I'm wondering if it's because I used coconut oil instead of butter?

Lactose intolerant mashed potatoes, SO GOOD.  I made these as part of a freezer meal for someone who is lactose intolerant, just added broth and garlic and boiled it down, they were yummy and we will definitely do mashed potatoes this way again!
