Replica of tiara created for the wedding of the (then) Prince of Orange & Maxima Zorreguieta. Queen Emma's star brooches of c1890 were attached to the base of the Pearl button tiara, itself an amalgam tiara composed of a base from a tiara belonging to Anna Pawlova, consort of Willem II, and pearl buttons that belonged to her successor, Sophie of Wuttermberg. Queen Maxima wears the tiara in both forms. This replica was created for an exhibition that included her wedding dress.
