Strawberry Bellinis Ingredients: 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and halved 1 Tbs sugar 1 tsp lemon juice 1 bottle of champagne or prosecco, chilled Place strawberries in a bowl and sprinkle sugar over the top. Let macerate for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place macerated strawberries and lemon juice in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour puree into a large pitcher and stir in champagne. Serve immediately.
