With a bit of self-awareness we can recognize the onset of anxiety before we actually find ourselves in the throws of it. In this episode I share how I borrowed from prior experiences which helped to set the stage for recognizing approaching anxiety.
You are enough. You are always enough. Soften. Surrender. Let go. Show up. Be instead of do. Say yes to love. Say no to things that don't feel right. And in the end, realize, that you are always enough.
