Veggies: Kale, Nappa Cabbage, Carrot, White Onion, Shallot Seasonings: Supreme Salt-Free & Grace Foods All Purpose Spices: Cayenne Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes & Garlic Powder  Sauté Kale, medium heat, alone for about 2 minutes. Add Carrot, Onion & Shallot, cook for 5 minutes. Add Seasonings & Spices. Toss well to blend Spices about 4 minutes. Reduce heat. Add Nappa Cabbage. Toss for 4 minutes. Enjoy!
