A reward donates success with an ongoing task, a key program or continuing job, it symbolizes a job well done overtime. Unlike a sporting event that starts with a whistle and ends with one winner, our jobs are ongoing and repetitive. A reward fixes a point in time and commemorates an achievement; it gives a sense of winning the game.

Stand up for your self – if someone uses a slur, calls you a name, teases you, or harasses you, you might say , “it’s okay to say that, am not going to listen to you anymore.” If you see some being clueless, teased or harassed, stand up to the person who’s doing it and tell her to stop, let her know that you do not agree with her words or actions.
