Made We loved these. dessert since doing LC, and it was wonderful. Did the orange zest version. Xylitol for the sweetener. and a squeeze of juice from the orange. Also drizzled a little melted dark chocolate! YUM!

This is so simple really and I can't make sense of why I haven't tried this until now at all. It can be very overwhelming trying to cook everything from scratch. Just the baking alone ...
