Pixie Hollow Birthday Cake - my first attempt at fondant. Vanilla butter cake with strawberry Italian meringue buttercream covered with marshmallow fondant. The tree was formed around a wire coat hanger/saran wrap base. The waterfall is fondant, the fairies are store-bought, and the rest of the decorations are candy clay.
