I used glad plastic containers instead of glass jars. Plus I added LOTS more other ingredients (cucumber, tomato, carrot, chick peas, mushrooms, feta cheese) then put the dressing in a snack bag. With all of that I had to put my lettuce in a sandwich bag. This makes a HUGE salad. Probably could eat on it more than one meal actually. I'll only make a few days ahead instead of all week.
