Vanderbilt nursing students spent much time in the community, observing children in preschools and other contexts, as part of their public health training. Here Virginia Moeller, class of 1935, is at the Fannie Battle Day Home in Nashville.
This photo is just a reminder for myself to include nail polishing work in my classroom. Don't judge! I observed in a preschool class where the children were allowed to do the whole process themselves and it was so sweet. I'd definitely warn my kids' parents in advance so they aren't surprised. Non-toxic polish, of course!
