Truffled Fettuccine with Creamy Mushroom Sauce. I added minced garlic, used regular salt instead of truffle salt, and portabella mushrooms instead of white. I also let the mushrooms cook for a while at high heat before adding salt and pepper to let them caramelize. Truffle oil was added to the sauce right after the heavy cream.
