16) Unfortunately, some of our training included the gas chamber. It was a really intense experience for me. We all stood in lines and when they yelled "GAS,GAS, GAS!!", we had to remove our masks and say our name and division number. I couldn't get everything out because as soon as I removed my mask I immediately began choking. I thought I was dying and that I wasn't going to make it. We all survived the gas chamber but I couldn't help but wonder why they put us through that torture.
