2) Well, here I was. Preparing myself to graduate from high school. The journey had been long but at this point, it seemed as if it went extremely fast. We were growing up and it was time to say "Goodbye!" or "See you later!". By this time everyone knew what school they were going to and I knew exactly where I was headed.
Herbert Norman Schwarzkopf (1934 – December 27, 2012) US Army general served as Commander of U.S. Central Command coalition forces in the Gulf War - With his passing, America lost a great patriot and a great soldier. The highlight of his career was the 1991 Persian Gulf War, Operation Desert Storm. 'Stormin' Norman' led the coalition forces to victory, ejecting the Iraqi Army from Kuwait and restoring the government. His leadership inspired his troops and the nation. - "Requiescant in Pace"

1)Growing up I had a loving family. I was raised on what I believe is a great foundation, however we had our ups and downs just like any other family. At times my parents wanted to leave each other and financial issues existed every now and then. I just kind of got sucked into it all. Ever since I can remember I always told myself I would get a great job when I got older so that my family would be set and my children wouldn't want for anything.
