Nourishing Chicken Bone Broth-1-3 carcasses/bones from cooking your pastured chicken(s) Leftover carrots, celery, onion or fresh, ¼ c apple cider vinegar, Put everything into crockpot & fill w/water to cover bones by an inch-ish.  Let sit for 30-60 min. DO NOT TURN THE HEAT ON. This allows vinegar to extract minerals from bones.  Turn crockpot on low 24-36 hrs.  Strain.
