For today's workshop we had to use objects and try to balance them. This was to design our very own type. Achieve equilibrium.

This was a task I did on the computer to recreate a race-card. I did it using paragraph tabs and such.

Castle Type Sculpture - With my own font created on font struct I was able to create my veryb own type sculpture similar to my previous pieces. I like the mirrored effect used here. Alot of texture is seen here with the different shapes which I really like. Differnet sizes create varation and keep the viewer interested.

type sculpture - here is another constructive piece I created. I focused on a tower look by creating patterns and stacking them on top of eachother. Various letters together varied in size were used to create this sculpture. Both sides are symetrical aside from a simple mistake at the side. I like the drop shadow effect added on the background because it creates the illusion of an abstract shadow.

A collection of photos I took of my experiments during our Bauhaus Workshop. Loved this! I really like the mixture of the natural wood alongside the man cut wood, it gives a great contrast in texture.
