200 pressure cooker recipes---must check this out...I have a pressure cooker and it works great but I don't use it much because the recipe book that came with it is a little much for me---it's Wolfgang Puck and a little fancy for my tastes.
Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken - We used boneless/skinless breasts. Sear the chicken first, then cook the garlic and mix up the spices in the pot per the recipe. Then, instead of popping them in the oven, add some water (1/2inchish), cover, and reduce heat. Once the chicken is cooked through, remove from dutch oven pot and continue to cook down the sauce.
