Slow cooker: Italian chicken. 4 chicken breasts, 1 bottle Italian dressing, 1 package Italian seasoning, 1/2c Parmesan, 4-6 potatoes halved, 1/2 bag baby carrots. Pam slow cooker, layer dressing, chicken, cheese, seasoning. Add carrots, cheese, seasoning, potatoes. Pour remaining dressing on top. Cook low 6-8 hours.

I changed this to 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce and added the broccoli in the last 15 minutes so it wasn't overcooked. I liked it much better.
