Roasted brussels Sprouts: 1 lb brussels sprouts, halved lengthwise 1 apple, cored and sliced (Fuji or Braeburn works well) 1 tbsp. olive oil salt + pepper to taste 1/4 c. dried cranberries 1/4 c. chopped walnuts 1 tbsp. maple syrup Toss brussels sprouts and apple slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes remove and add cranberries walnuts and syrup.
Brussels Sprouts Saute. Absolutely delicious, and this is coming from someone who was previously not a brussel sprout fan! So fast and easy! Double the recipe though, and follow recipe as is. We made this on an outdoor teppanyaki grill and turned out perfectly!
