If you’re passing through Seattle, don’t pass over a little-known grand attraction…the Great Hall at Union Station. It was here that I filmed some scenes for my award-winning short, But I Do. Over 70 artists from around the world just staged a pop-up salon there.
Just because Christmas and Hanukkah have ended doesn’t mean the fun is over! The holidays keep going until New Year’s Eve next week. If you’re in the Seattle area, I’d recommend visiting Bellevue. Today, Snowflake Lane becomes Celebration Lane, and two blocks away is the Bravern with its festive decorations, renowned restaurants, and world-class shopping.
See the work of world-famous glass-and-metal artist, Ginny Ruffner at Seattle’s Convention Center. She was not expected to recover from a near-fatal accident, but climbed back against all odds. I will be forever grateful for knowing her and helping with her garden.
