This antique tracheal tube is the finest example I've seen. It was found in France and has French text "Arvet-Touvet" on the flat part. I am unsure of exact age, but it is quite an old one. It may be sterling, a lower grade silver, or other metal. It has a dark patina on the parts exposed to air.
