Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast, pound thin (I didn’t pound mine because I was lazy, but I bet it would make them crispier!) ½ c dried bread crumb (Italian bread crumbs work great too) 1 T Italian seasoning ¼ t salt 2 beaten egg whites 1 t olive oi 1 c tomato sauce ½ c shredded part skim mozzarella cheese 2 T shredded Parmesan cheese
