Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries 1lb strawberries 8 oz softened cream cheese 3-4 Tblsp powdered sugar 1 tspn vanilla extract 1/4-1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs Rinse strawberries. Remove the top and clean out with a paring knife. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Add cream cheese mix to a piping bag or Ziploc with the corner snipped off. Fill the strawberries with cheesecake mixture. Sprinkle the tops with graham cracker crumbs. YUM!
