Tilapia is coated with ground almonds and Parmesan cheese in this delicious dish. Bake at 375 for 20 min. Use 1 1/2 c almonds, 1 1/2 c rosemary asiago cheese and a little lemon zest. Cooked on foil sprayed with olive oil surrounded by pads of butter and broccoli crowns. Sprinkled with remaining almond mix and topped with lemon slices
