Every year I’m surprised that my clematis, Arabella, shows up! I guess because it dies back to a little dried stub. It never gets very big; maybe it just needs time. That fluffy white stuff is euphorbia. Every rose should have a companion plant for that country garden look. Euphorbia is so easy to grow and it climbs around the roses for the perfect bouquet!
