GOOD-FOR-YOU COOKIES. No sugar, no flour...but there is butter. Made with whole foods, this cookie allows for variation and tastes similar to banana bread, only bite-sized. The kids and I LOVED them! (Though next time I will use less butter...maybe sub half of it with applesauce to avoid greasiness). I liked the soft texture that using quick oats (rather than regular) gave.
