Ingredients:
Tart Shells:
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 🌾
1/4 cup powdered sugar 🍚
1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed 🧈
1 egg yolk 🥚
1 tbsp ice water ❄️
Coconut Cream Filling:
1 cup coconut milk 🥥
1/2 cup heavy cream 🥛
1/3 cup sugar 🍚
2 tbsp cornstarch 🌿

1 tsp vanilla extract 🌿

Topping:

Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix flour and powdered sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Add egg yolk and ice water, mix until dough forms. Chill for 30 minutes.
2️⃣ Roll out dough and press into tart molds. Prick with a fork and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12-15 minutes until golden.
