1/2 c lite cottage cheese 1/2 c low fat greek yoghurt 1/2 apple 1/2 banana Handful of blueberries or warmed up frozen mixed berries 1 Tbsp walnuts Dash of cinnamon 1 tsp. honey or maple syrup Method 1.
