Refrigerator fruit cake. 1 box crushed graham crackers, 16oz candied cherry's (half red half green) cut up, 1 cup coconut, quart of pecans cut up, 1 can sweetened condensed milk. Mix all ingredients well and pack tightly in a loaf pan. Cover with plastic wrap then aluminum foil. Put in refrigerator for 3 days. The longer it stays in the refrigerator the better it is!

Amish No Bake Fruitcake.  1 box graham crackers, crushed to crumbs 1 C. chopped pecans 1 jar maraschino cherries drained 1C. raisins 1 C. packed shredded coconut 1 1/2 C. miniature marshmallows 1 can sweetened condensed milk Mix all in large bowl through until all crumbs are coated. Press into foil lined loaf pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Chill 4 to six hours then slice. Very moist & chewy.
