@Britany Braswell The bottom photo is seriously what I look like when working out with mitch. he kicks my a**. All the way down, touch cheek on floor and back up. I can't even lay down for a break while im down there. WTH!? Dick... hahaha ;)
This is exactly how I break down my cardio sessions. If its time related, I break it down in minutes. If it rowing, I will break it down to metre segments. Swimming gets broken down into lengths of the pool. The things we do to help the mind get through things.
