LASAGNA Lasagneplattor: 1 medelstor aubergine  Tomatsås: 1 gul lök 10 champinjoner 1 morot 400 g krossade tomater 1 msk tomatpuré 1 vitlöksklyfta kryddor efter smak, jag använde torkad basilika, salt, svartpeppar, cayenne och paprikapulver  Övrigt: 125 g mozarella 3 dl Oatly havregrädde 1 kruka färsk basilika 2 nävar färsk spenat 1 msk kokosolja
