It's so easy Not to do something. Today I struggled with the motivation to get my lunchtime workout in....my knee hurt, my hip was sore and I was tired. I thought about how easy it would be to throw in the towel and call today a "rest" day. Then I thought how much better I would feel if I got in that 30min workout....only 30 minutes. I would feel accomplished and happy, so I did. It wasn't my best performance but it was better than giving into excuses. excuses don't burn calories.
