Artichoke and wild mushroom is becoming a favorite topping combo. The dough on these Sicilian styles is turning out so light and pillowy soft. This experiment has been a rewarding way to keep my #pizza hobby fresh.
Just a damn good #pizza. I didn't do anything new here. Argentinian dried wild mushrooms, sauce made with garden grown tomatoes, basil, whole milk #mozzarella and whole milk #ricotta. So good it hurts.
