Sparkling pomegranate cocktail: Freixenet Cordon Negro Sweet Cuvee; pomegranate juice; seeds from a pomegranate; sprigs of fresh rosemary (optional). METHOD: In a champagne flute, add a tablespoon of pomegranate seeds. Then add about an ounce of pomegranate juice. Top with Freixenet!
