Dots upped the nail game again, but this time it was at Tibi. Nail guru Jin Soon Choi applied two coats of Georgette, and then added the dots with Chamonix (both hues will launch in late September). Instead of the perfect, circular dots we're used to seeing, Choi kept things haphazard, leaving the spots in an oblong, ragged shape.
