The first time, I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out nicely,but I felt it needed a bit more of something.The second time, I nailed it.I doubled all of the shredded cheeses as well as the salt and pepper.It was sooooooo good!Gonna make again for Christmas.

OH MY!!! must try! 3/4 bag ziti noodles,1 lb of ground beef, 1 pkg taco seasoning, 1 cup water, 1/2 pkg cream cheese, 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese -- boil pasta until just cooked, brown ground beef, drain, mix taco seasoning and 1 cup water w/ ground beef for 5 min, add cream cheese to beef mixture, stir until melted, remove from heat, put pasta in casserole dish, mix in 1 cup cheese, top pasta/cheese with beef mixture  gently mix, top w/ remaining cheese, bake at 350* uncovered by DeeDeeBean

One-Pot Pasta - Martha Stewart. Boil 100% whole wheat (or Barilla Plus) penne 6 minutes less than al dente; add lots of broccoli florets, and cook until penne is al dente. Drain; return to the pot, and toss with a couple of crushed garlic cloves, some extra virgin olive oil, the zest and juice of a lemon, salt and pepper, and plenty of Parmesan. Voila!

Add tomato sauces and spices to meat.  Mix in two cups of cheese..stir well.   Combine in baking pan.  Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake at 375 for about 30-40 minutes.
