Deep green hills roll down from the right edge of the print to a shore scene. While figures can be found seated in the pavillion, walking along the water, and as distant silhouettes, the sea dominates the print. This expansive blue deepens as it meets a horizon of grey montains and a towering, snow-peaked Mt. Fuji.
