Rethink your drink! Look at all that sugar! Water is always your best option for hydration - unless you need to replenish electrolytes. If so, coconut water is a better choice than sports drinks. If you have a really long/hard workout, you need to eat a small meal containing protein and complex carbs and drink water or coconut water with that meal.
You have to put some skin in the game to make some changes. Yes I have health insurance, but I am SO thankful that I never have to use it. Fresh food, being active and having a positive mindset are my TOP remedies to staying healthy and keeping my family well too!
