My lunch today. Only 248 cals and I was stuffed! Sprayed my grill pan with Pam, added 1 cup broccoli florets, 1 cup sliced zucchini, 1 sliced large carrot, 1/2 med squash, and a 3oz chicken breast. Seasoned it all with McCormicks Grinders Lemon Pepper, put the grill press on it and let it cook, flippin occasionally till the chicken was done! YUM!
