During and even after WW2, the Axis leaders were obviously popular targets for all manner of comicbook heroes to fight. Headline Comics featured The Junior Rangers, a wish-fulfillment strip for those too young to enlist. Here "The Great Dictator" is beautifully rendered as a classic propaganda-poster styled octopus.
