"Glen Close: A Life in Costume" exhibition continues through 12 January 2014 at the Muscarelle Museum of Art at the College of William & Mary, Williamsburg, VA. Exhibition includes costumes & accessories from 101 Dalmatians (loved the gloves with acrylic nails on the fingertips!) and the gown from Dangerous Liaisons (you know the one), among others. Also on display were costumes worn by "Glennie" during her performances while she was a student at the college.
Glenn Close is such a fantastic dramatical actress. I love every character she has ever played. My most favourite is as Marquise Isabelle de Merteuil in Dangerous Liaisons. What a fantastic film. I had to study the french version of the book for my University course which was extremly difficult as I didn't speak french! I managed it, only because I loved the storyline.
Fatal Attraction (1987) Married attorney Dan Gallagher gives in to the tantalizing flirtations of attractive editor Alex Forrest, and they embark on a steamy affair. But Dan's passing indiscretion comes back to haunt him as an increasingly unhinged Alex refuses to let go.
