Pandan Coconut Milk Bread with azuki beans  330g bread flour 30g plain flour  4 tsp raw sugar 1 tsp salt 1 tsp (4g) instant yeast 55g whole egg 15g butter 120g coconut milk plus 30g water than add 1tsp pandan paste   Method:  Add in all wet ingredient. Follow by dry ingredient.  Press function 10 to mix dough (approx. 25mins)  Add in azuki beans  Press function 2 (Sweet bread),  750gm, light crust.

165ml water 1/3 tsp salt 300gm bread flour 40gm castor sugar 1tsp yeast 40gm butter *put in after dough is formed Butter pieces and Coarse sugar  for sprinkle Set bm to dough. After 1st proof, separate dough into small buns shape. Proof 30 or 40mins. Use scissor lightly cut top part put a pc of butter and sprinkle with coarse sugar. Bake 200°c for 25 mins Brush with butter for shine and prevent bun from getting hard.

Sauté the onions, garlic, red cabbage and cottage cheese until the onions are translucent. Add salt and pepper to taste.  Keep the stuffing aside to cool completely.
